It can drag a little in Portuguese, but I skimmed the free English version on Amazon and it felt far more fluid. If you can, test it before buying. Carries the This is serious, study it seal. Business intelligence is not a pretty dashboard, it is governance.
Here is something for anyone breaking their head over metrics, often without needing to. For a while now, plenty of people in the field have been repeating that business and data are all connected. This book is about exactly that.

Not a light read
This is the kind of book that helps you score points on process measurement. For that same reason, it is not the lightest read for someone just entering the corporate world. The payoff comes from taking the subject seriously, not from flipping through it on a weekend.
